We do not create derivative products, works, or services from MLS data. MLS data is not stored beyond what is necessary for display and caching purposes, and is refreshed at least every 24 hours.

5. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your personal information is stored securely in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Go High Level, which is hosted in secure cloud infrastructure. We implement reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Cryptographically signed session cookies (HMAC-SHA256)
  • Server-side API token storage (never exposed to browsers)
  • Input validation and sanitization on all form submissions
  • Rate limiting to prevent abuse

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With your brokerage: As a licensed REALTOR®, your information may be shared with the brokerage under which we operate, as required for real estate transactions.

8. Virtual Office Website (VOW) Data

If you register for VOW access to view sold property data, additional terms apply. By registering, you acknowledge that:

  • VOW registration does not create a fiduciary obligation with us
  • All sold data obtained is for your personal, non-commercial use only
  • You have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate
  • You will not copy, redistribute, or retransmit any data
  • You acknowledge Pillar 9™ ownership of the copyright in the MLS System

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. MLS listing data is retained only as required for display and caching purposes and is refreshed regularly.

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. Upon receiving such a request, we will delete your information from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
